Massage is based on two types of techniques
• Acupressure and acupuncture-the effect on problem areas through pressure on certain points of the body (this is a kind of reflexology)
• "passive yoga" is a set of exercises borrowed from the practice of yogis, such as twisting and stretching.
With Thai back massage, not only all the back muscles are worked out, but also the tendons. During Thai massage, the longitudinal muscles of the back are worked out, twisting movements restore the natural position of the discs.
The first sessions may cause painful sensations in some areas of the back. The reason is the presence of salt deposits, tightness of the muscles, lack of physical activity or excessive exertion.
Active massaging of the shoulder area, lumbar and central part of the back allows you to cope with stagnation, break up salt deposits and restore mobility, posture, flexibility and a healthy appearance to the back.
